厦门仲裁委员会/厦门国际仲裁院

厦门仲裁委员会成立于1996年1月，2024年9月加挂“厦门国际仲裁院”，是解决平等主体的自然人、法人、非法人组织之间发生的合同纠纷和其他财产权益纠纷的公益性非营利法人。截至2025年10月底，已累计办案2.8万余件，标的额超过1500亿元，业务涉及近30个国家和地区，办案数量逐年增多、平均办案周期较短。在中国仲裁机构公信力评估中，连续两届获评“涉外十佳服务机构”；被最高人民法院纳入“一站式”国际商事纠纷多元化解决机制；获司法部“全国公共法律服务工作先进集体”表彰，入选司法部中国特色的国际一流仲裁机构培育工程首批培育名单。

厦仲现设有知识产权仲裁院、国际金融仲裁中心、涉台仲裁中心、金砖国际仲裁中心、海丝国际供应链仲裁中心五个专业平台；发布了中英文双语仲裁规则，以及金融争议、海事争议、知识产权争议等专业仲裁规则；聘有境内外仲裁员千余名，覆盖境内23个省级行政区、境外18个国家和地区；仲裁秘书多同时具有硕士及以上学历、法律职业资格证书、英语6级以上水平；能够为全球市场主体提供专业化、多元化、国际化的仲裁服务。

Xiamen Arbitration Commission / Xiamen Court of International Arbitration

Xiamen Arbitration Commission (hereinafter referred to as "XMAC") was established in January 1996 in accordance with the law, and adopted the additional name "Xiamen Court of International Arbitration" in September 2024. XMAC is a public welfare non-profit legal person dedicated to resolving contractual disputes and other property rights disputes among natural persons, legal persons, and unincorporated organizations with equal status. As of the end of October 2025, XMAC has handled over 28,000 arbitration cases cumulatively, with the total subject matter value exceeding RMB 150 billion and business covering nearly 30 countries and regions, showing a sound momentum of increasing case-handling volume year by year and a relatively short average case-handling cycle. XMAC has been rated as one of the "Top Ten Arbitration Institutions for Foreign-related Services" for two consecutive terms in the Credibility Evaluation of Chinese Arbitration Institutions; included in the Supreme People's Court's list of international commercial arbitration institutions for the "One-stop" Diversified Resolution Mechanism for International Commercial Disputes; commended by the Ministry of Justice as an "Advanced Collective in National Public Legal Services" and selected for the first batch of cultivation list for the Ministry of Justice's Project for Cultivating World-class Arbitration Institutions with Chinese Characteristics.

XMAC currently operates five specialized platforms, namely the Intellectual Property Arbitration Court, International Financial Arbitration Centre, Arbitration Centre for Taiwan-Related Disputes, BRICS Internatioanl Arbitration Centre and Maritime Silk Road International Supply Chain Arbitration Centre; has issued bilingual (Chinese and English) arbitration rules as well as specialized arbitration rules for financial disputes, maritime disputes, intellectual property disputes, etc.; impanels more than 1,000 arbitrators from home and abroad, covering 23 provincial-level administrative regions and 18 overseas countries and regions; most of the arbitration secretaries hold a master's degree in law or above, possess a legal professional qualification certificate and have English proficiency level of CET-6 or above, enabling XMAC to provide professional, diversified, and international arbitration services for global market entities.

XMAC will anchor the goal of building a world-class arbitration institution, fully promote scientific management, integrated rules, standardized services, and professional team, continue to polish its brand through the "four-wheel drive" strategy of value guidance, innovation and refinement, quality and efficiency-based credibility, and team capacity building.
